One-Year Warranty: Your jewelry is covered under our one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as clasp issues, loose pearls, and any other production-related concerns.
Complimentary Repairs Within One Year: If you experience any defects within the warranty period, we will gladly repair your piece at no additional cost. For repairs needed after the one-year warranty period, a fee will be charged based on the nature and extent of the repair.
Warranty Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, exposure to chemicals, improper storage, or general wear and tear. This policy helps us ensure that your jewelry maintains its quality and beauty.
Repair Claims Process: To make a warranty or repair claim, please provide proof of purchase along with a description of the issue.
